Ixonos Group acquires Cresense
Ixonos strengthens its user research knowledge and design skills
Ixonos Plc has signed an agreement to acquire a Finnish, privately owned Cresense Oy. The acquisition will strengthen Ixonos´ position as an innovative digitalization and transformation partner. Cresense´s competence will optimally support Ixonos` strategy which was renewed in July, by enforcing company`s user research knowledge and design skills. Company reorganization requires fulfillment of certain conditions and is expected to be completed during the third quarter in 2015.
Cresense is a company that excels in user centric service design. The company represents leading expertise mastering a seamless combination of user research, user experience and service design. Cresense has a strong customer base and references both in fields of B2B and B2C services. As part of the company reorganization the whole Cresense personnel will join Ixonos.
